Account and verification
Provide accurate identity, agency and WhatsApp details. Verification records a level of checks; it is not a guarantee of honesty, licence, title or competence. Keep credentials and authenticator codes secure.
Authority to advertise
Advertise a home only with the owner’s or lawful representative’s permission. You must have permission to publish every photograph, description, contact detail and location.
Accuracy and availability
State material facts accurately, update changes promptly, withdraw unavailable homes and reconfirm active listings when requested.
Enforcement
Ya Bayt may review, reject or unpublish listings, preserve their records, request evidence, limit accounts and cooperate with lawful requests. Repeated misleading content may result in suspension.
