Ya Bayt is an advertising and property-information portal. It is not an estate agent, broker, bank, surveyor, lawyer or government registry, and does not guarantee a transaction.
Asking prices and accuracy
All displayed prices and analytics are ASKING PRICE DATA unless explicitly labelled as verified transaction data. Independently verify ownership, condition, dimensions, location, availability, price and legal status before acting.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, collect service data without permission, evade security, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others or interfere with availability. We may restrict access and preserve evidence of misuse.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unverified content or dealings between users and agents.
