Pre-launch draft
A qualified lawyer must review this document for the operator’s incorporation and hosting jurisdictions before public launch.
Required information
A publishable home needs clear photos, map location, price and currency, property type, floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, balcony status and a meaningful description. Missing optional facts remain unknown and are never invented.
Prohibited content
No fraudulent, duplicate-spam, discriminatory, stolen, illegal or misleading content; harmful files; unrelated advertising; or private information without permission.
Photos and location
Photos must show the advertised home and may be processed to remove metadata. Agents must enter the exact location, which remains private; visitors see only an approximate 150-metre map area.
Moderation and reports
Listings are reviewed before publication and may expire unless reconfirmed. Visitors can report inaccurate or unavailable listings. Reports may trigger review or temporary removal.
